16 Shevat 5770: Step 5 of the Emunah Diet. Repeat step 4 but this time think of a great moment in life and track it to the present to see how many positive differences you made in yours and other people's lives. Then do the exercises for step 4 again "A letter of Hope" based on positive differences you made in the past. THANK YOU HASHEM

Emunah Diet: STEP FOUR

14 Shevat 5770: Step 4 of the Emunah Diet. Sit in silence and think back to a time when things were not so good in your life and observe that it is in the past. Then take an 11 minute walk in silence and see if you can track your memory from that negative episode until today. Then do the exercises below. THANK YOU HASHEM

Exercises Step 4: Return from your walk and write a letter to yourself ~ a letter of hope. Keep this letter the next time you suffer from a lack of Emunah that everything will turn out right. Especially this Shabbat weekend Remember to say "Thank You Hashem" as often as possible.

12 Shevat 5770: For a Refuah to Chaim Meir ben Esther. Step 3 of the Emunah Diet: Take an 11 Minute walk in total silence and notice the thoughts you have while walking together with the sights and sounds of the things around you. See how many times your eyes and/or mind proclaims "Thank You Hashem". Then do the exercises below. THANK YOU HASHEM

Exercises Step 3: Return from your walk and first sit with the thoughts of your experiences for 5 minutes then list all the random thoughts you experienced on your walk. On the bottom of your list of thoughts, write today's date and a quote of your own that describes your feeling about your silent walking experience. Remember to say "Thank You Hashem" as often as possible.

This form of recognizing the good that Hashem does for us will bring us closer to Hashem with Emunah, Bitachon, and B'Simcha. Thank You Hashem

26 Teves 5770: After trying (below) for one day, now try it for two days in a row and write down a list of everyone who ever harmed you and then write next to it "I Forgive you completely" and realize it was from Hashem and only for the good. Bitul

20 Teves 5770: Bitul (Letting Go) with Emunah (faith) means that we let go of our fears and we let go and let Hashem. This allows us to stay away from Kochi Veutzim Yodi (everything is of MY doing) Letting go plus Faith equals to the process of knowing that everything is from Hashem the good drama and what we call the bad. Try it for ONE day. Let go and let Hashem, you will be greatly surprised by the outcome. THANK YOU HASHEM
