When crossing a street or passing a group of trees say in your mind Thank You Hashem. Then do Exercises below. THANK YOU HASHEM

Exercises Step 2: Return from your walk and list all the random thoughts you experienced on your walk. On the bottom of your list of thoughts, write today's date and a quote of your own that describes your feeling about your silent walking experience. Remember to say "Thank You Hashem" as often as possible.
