14 Shevat 5770: Step 4 of the Emunah Diet. Sit in silence and think back to a time when things were not so good in your life and observe that it is in the past. Then take an 11 minute walk in silence and see if you can track your memory from that negative episode until today. Then do the exercises below. THANK YOU HASHEM

Exercises Step 4: Return from your walk and write a letter to yourself ~ a letter of hope. Keep this letter the next time you suffer from a lack of Emunah that everything will turn out right. Especially this Shabbat weekend Remember to say "Thank You Hashem" as often as possible.
