5 Shevat 5770: Step 1 of the Emunah Diet. We are going to work with List Making, and List Releasing. Today, spend 11 minutes walking in silence and notice the sounds and sights, its colors and movements along your walk. Then do the exercises listed below. THANK YOU HASHEM

Exercises Step 1: Return from your walk and list all the positive things you experienced on your walk. Then next to each item on your list write "Thank You Hashem" On the bottom of your list write today's date and a quote of your own that describes your feeling about your silent walking experience. Remember to say "Thank You Hashem" as often as possible.
