Emunah Diet: STEP THREE

12 Shevat 5770: For a Refuah to Chaim Meir ben Esther. Step 3 of the Emunah Diet: Take an 11 Minute walk in total silence and notice the thoughts you have while walking together with the sights and sounds of the things around you. See how many times your eyes and/or mind proclaims "Thank You Hashem". Then do the exercises below. THANK YOU HASHEM

Exercises Step 3: Return from your walk and first sit with the thoughts of your experiences for 5 minutes then list all the random thoughts you experienced on your walk. On the bottom of your list of thoughts, write today's date and a quote of your own that describes your feeling about your silent walking experience. Remember to say "Thank You Hashem" as often as possible.
